I made all the plans a few weeks in advance with a guy name Reggie in the sales department. I stayed here with a few friends as part of a 14-person group for a friend’s bachelor party at Mohegan Sun. The hotel is right off the highway (I-395), so it's a little noisy at night if you leave the window open. There are certainly cheaper hotels in the area with a free shuttle service to Mohegan Sun, but we didn’t mind paying a little extra for a well-known, trusted hotel brand name. They run 2 shuttles on the weekends that run every hour starting at 3:55 PM and return 20 minutes after the hour starting at 4:20 PM until 2:20 AM. The hotel provides a free 10-minute shuttle service to Mohegan Sun and back. This hotel is a great alternative to staying on-site at Mohegan Sun, which is in the $599 ballpark on the weekends. The lobby was very clean and modern looking with a small. They were also helpful upon check out when I had to change the credit card I supplied at check-in. The front desk was very helpful when our group checked in and helped us sign up for the best casino shuttle times. He was very helpful along every step of the way, from setting up the initial discounted group rate to trying to place all the rooms next to each other after they were booked.
